A current total of 38 tanks varying in capacities and styles to accommodate any winemaking technique. Options include fixed top, open top, stainless steel, oak upright, concrete eggs, conical upright, open top stainless, and bins for small fermentations.
Most fixed top stainless tanks are fully automated with internal pump-over/irrigation and feature automated oxygen intake venturi. All tanks are connected to TankNET web-based scheduling and InnoVint cloud-based software to allow clients real-time status on product.
